What is the difference between Mo mirrors and Si mirrors?

The main difference is their use. In the case of a laser with a power of less than 80W and clean environment, we recommend Silicon - Mirrors (SI - gold), because they have the best reflectance (> 99%). For lasers that perform very dirty work in high intensity (cutting wood 8 hours a day), we recommend Molybden-Mirror (MO - silver).
The reflective surface of these mirrors (Molybdenum is only polished, no coating) is very resistant and easy to clean.
