Demineralized or distilled water should be used, admixtures of liquids lowering the freezing point of water are also allowed (e.g. glycol + pure alcohol approx. 3-5%). Caustic substances are not allowed.
In order to ensure the longest life of the device, it is recommended to use water without admixtures and to maintain the temperature above 10 °C in the workspace where the device is operating.
